Pool Rules
- No reserving pool chairs.
- All children 12 years and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
- No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into River Island.
- No glass.
- Locker rentals and shower facilities are available, as well as tube rentals. Guests are asked to shower before entering any water attraction.
- Outside personal flotation devices are not allowed in the water park.
- Inflatable items, squirt guns, balls, masks and snorkels are not allowed.
- Traditional swimwear is required in all pools.
- Cut-off shorts allowed in water attractions. No oversized or baggy clothing that cannot remain at or above waistline without belt or other support is allowed.
- Children in diapers and those being toilet trained must wear approved disposable swim diapers.
- No running, diving or jumping in River Island at any time.
- Height and weight restrictions apply in certain attractions.
- River Island is subject to capacity limitations.
East Village Pool, Hot Tub & Fitness Center

The pool complex and fitness center is conveniently located for you. Enjoy a calm pool atmosphere that’s great for children just learning to swim. There’s also a pool and hot tub located between villa buildings 86700 and 87600, and adjacent to building 86800.
Southern Magnolia Pool & Hot Tub

A quiet getaway where adults can lay back, relax and read a good book in a serene tropical setting.
Water’s Edge Beach Club
West Village
7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Featuring the Water’s Edge Stage Pool, which hosts daily and weekly events, Breezes Pool with a child-friendly zero-entry area, a large hot tub, “Funbrellas” for shade, hammocks, and poolside cabanas for rent—something for everyone in the family! Also enjoy a fantastic view of the 80-acre lake and water sports rental activities, plus partake in the nearby shuffleboard court for classic fun.
Splash Lagoon Pool Complex
North Village
8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Kids from eight to 80 will love the zero-entry pool, waterslide, interactive fountains, pool basketball and volleyball, plus the poolside arcade. Parents enjoy splashing in the wading pool and fountains with the little ones, the expansive, multi-level pool decks and relaxing by the lush landscaping and waterfalls.

Lazy River-style pool & Slides 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
This tropical paradise spans more than 12 acres of unique water features, zero-entry pools, waterslides, waterfalls, hot tubs, retail outlets and hammocks. The centerpiece is a 1,200-foot lazy river-style pool that winds through tropical scenery and a spectacular waterfall. Also home to the Fun Zone, which features miniature golf, sand volleyball and the 168-foot-long HIPPO™ waterslide. Fun day and night!
